The Arnold Palmer is a refreshing, perfectly balanced mix of sweet tea and tart lemonade. Named after the legendary golfer, this classic drink is perfect for warm days!

Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings)

For the Sweet Tea

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter taste)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

For the Lemonade

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
  • ¼ cup sugar or honey

For Serving

  • Lemon slices 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the Sweet Tea

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, remove from heat, and steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, stir in sugar or honey, and let cool.

2. Make the Lemonade

  1. In a pitcher, mix 2 cups of water, lemon juice, and sugar.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

3. Combine & Serve

  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Pour equal parts sweet tea and lemonade over the ice.
  3. Stir gently, garnish with lemon slices and mint, and enjoy!
