Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
For the Latte
- 2 cups milk (whole, almond, or oat milk)
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1-2 shots of espresso
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or mix cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For Toppings (Optional but Delicious!)
- Whipped cream
- Extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon
- Caramel drizzle
Instructions
1. Heat the Milk & Pumpkin
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin spice.
- Heat until steaming (don’t let it boil).
2. Add Coffee & Vanilla
- Remove from heat and stir in coffee (or espresso) and vanilla extract.
3. Froth the Milk (Optional, but Cafe-Style!)
- Use a hand frother, blender, or whisk to create a foamy texture.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin spice.
- Drizzle with caramel for extra sweetness.
